Copper Kettle, Nashville, TN

I ate this so fast I didn't take a photo. I did not savor it, but it was wonderful. Maybe next time. I don't even know what flavor it was, it seemed almost like the cooks threw whatever they had in there. I saw chocolate, tasted something like a lemon pudding, and had some dried fruit (not raisins).

You have taken Bread Pudding to a whole new level....just blogging about Bread Pudding....cyberspace talk of only Bread Pudding....that is so fabulously over the top. Love it. T

Welcome Bread Pudding Lovers!

I rarely make BP, but I seek it. If I made it, I'd eat it all so this is the best way I can indulge, one portion at a time.

The rating system goes from one BP fork or thingy (yuck) to four BP (divine) forks or thingies (thingies were predecessors to the forks system).

Note: I do NOT like raisins in my BP, particularly those sneaky yellow raisins, so I'll make it clear if raisins, nuts or other accessories are in the BP.

Another preference is that I feel BP should stand alone. If it needs sauce, ice cream, whipped cream, etc., then it gets a lower rating. If those extras are just extras and the BP is good all by itself, I'll indicate that.
