Finally!

I've been wanting to do this blog for YEARS! I've been looking for bread pudding in every city where I travel forever, in fact, this is how I choose restaurants to visit. Ok, New Orleans is where you can find it anywhere, but there must be a revival because I find it wherever I go.

I don't know where the love came from, but it's been around for at least 7 years, my current tenure in Chicago.

I hope I find some other BP lovers.

Welcome Bread Pudding Lovers!

I rarely make BP, but I seek it. If I made it, I'd eat it all so this is the best way I can indulge, one portion at a time.

The rating system goes from one BP fork or thingy (yuck) to four BP (divine) forks or thingies (thingies were predecessors to the forks system).

Note: I do NOT like raisins in my BP, particularly those sneaky yellow raisins, so I'll make it clear if raisins, nuts or other accessories are in the BP.

Another preference is that I feel BP should stand alone. If it needs sauce, ice cream, whipped cream, etc., then it gets a lower rating. If those extras are just extras and the BP is good all by itself, I'll indicate that.
