Darfons is a place where I've wanted to dine for years. I was initially attracted to the clubby atmosphere detectible from outside. I saw the butterscotch bread pudding was on the regular menu so that sealed it. It's plainly described as warm with white chocolate sauce. However, I waited years and years. I walked in last Saturday (11/1/25) after dropping a friend at the airport. I was not disappointed by the decor or the friendliness of staff. I had the kale salad so I wouldn't be too full for the main event. Dessert also did not disappoint. It would only have been more perfect if the portion was as large as the inner circle of the plate. I half-heartedly acknowledge that my actual heart didn't need that much. It was $10 well spent.
